so you can choose the right deductible for you and your

Easy Claims Filing |
|

| Filing
claims is easy. You will
receive your claim instructions and claim forms along
with your identification card. All claims
are paid in US dollars according to the current Contract
Benefits. |
Who is Eligible |
|
|
| You
are eligible if you are under 65 years of age and live
outside of the United States and its territories.
There are no restrictions on nationalities, occupations,
hobbies or sporting activities. Dependents
who turn 19 can have continuous coverage on their own
policy without new medical underwriting. Continuity
of coverage is available to applicants with proof of
continuous coverage from equivalent insurance policy
from another international health insurance carrier. |
