Care & Health International is a product of GMC Services, part of the Paris based Groupe Henner. This latter has been specialised in Employee Benefits since 1947 and is now a leading company in this field with over 4 million beneficiaries throughout 8,000 companies.
The International department (GMCI) was created in 1981 to design and administer:

- group life insurance plans,
- assistance and evacuation services,
- pension plans,
